What is the billing/payment system?
Online Account Access allows irrigation district customers to pay their bills and view their account status from a web browser. The system uses a secure portal provider that is also used by over 100,000 businesses, including Facebook, Lyft, and OpenTable.

How does the system work?

  • Payments are submitted online to the secure payment portal, which are then deposited in the district’s bank account.
  • Your account is updated automatically in the district’s water accounting system.
  • You receive a payment confirmation at time of payment.
  • Your payment history is maintained permanently.

How do I register?
To register simply click on the “Pay Bill Online” link found on this website. Once the page loads, click on the “Sign Up” link at the bottom of the page.

What is a Sign-up Key?

  • Your Sign-Up Key links your account to the online version of your invoice.
  • Your Sign-Up Key can be found on your latest invoice.
  • Sign-up is a onetime occurrence.

What is a District Key?
The District Key links your account to your irrigation district.

I forgot my password, what do I do?
If you have forgotten your password, go to the sign-in page and click the “Forgot your password” link. This will take you through the steps of recovering your password.

What browsers are supported?
All modern computer browsers are supported.

What type of information do I need to make a payment?
Once you’ve registered, the only information you’ll need is your debit or credit card information.

What happens to my contact information?
Your contact information is stored securely within the district’s water accounting system, as it always has been. Your debir or credit card info is not stored in the district’s water accounting system.

Is it secure?
Yes. Both the payment portal and the district’s water accounting system follow the same security protocols as the online banking industry.
